Custom software at AumBiz is a small system for one repeated job, not a suite that tries to replace every tool a company already pays for. We start with the people who do the work: the spreadsheet they keep open, the handoff that gets lost, the report someone rebuilds every Monday. Typical builds are an internal tool for one process, a client portal, or the join between two systems you already pay for.

The build follows a written scope. You see the steps before we write them into software, and you try each slice before the next one starts. Access is by role, so the person who enters a record is not automatically the person who approves it. The data stays in an account you control. When the agreed fees are paid, the code is yours, unless a proposal says a piece stays licensed.

We stay for a support window after launch and train the operators who will live in the tool. A change that was not in the scope is quoted on its own. That keeps the first system small enough to finish, and honest enough to maintain.
