About this service

A WhatsApp chatbot is for the questions your team already answers all day, and for collecting a lead without losing the person who still needs a human. AumBiz builds that conversation on the WhatsApp Business Platform, using the Cloud API. That is Meta's hosted API. Your business does not install WhatsApp on a server of its own, and we do not use an unofficial sender.

When a customer messages you, WhatsApp opens a 24-hour window. Inside that window the bot can reply in ordinary text: an answer, a question, a menu. Outside that window, a business is not allowed to start a free-form chat. It has to send a template WhatsApp has already approved. We write those lines with you, and we submit them. We do not bypass the review.

You approve every line a customer will see. Common questions get an answer. Anything that needs judgment is handed to a person on your team, in the same thread. People who have not opted in are not messaged. Every flow includes a way to stop, and after launch we change the lines that confuse people.
