How access is controlled
Each workspace is kept separate, files are private, and people only see what their role allows.

- Each firm's or company's data is kept separate from every other workspace.
- Juniors see only their assigned clients. Portal users see only their own files.
- Files are stored privately. Links to open a file are short-lived and created only after AutoBooks checks who you are.
- Idle sessions sign out after about 30 minutes.
- Uploads are limited to known file types and 25 MB.
- Connector tokens are shown once and can be revoked.
- Financial changes are recorded in an audit trail.
