The AutoBooks trial balance includes only rows that someone added to the trial balance. Rejected and still-pending rows are left out.
What you can do
- See totals by ledger and whether the books balance.
- Expand a ledger to see its entries when it has more than one.
- Edit or delete an approved entry.
- Export a styled Excel file. Each export is recorded.
- Clear discrepancy alerts once checked.
