Add to trial balance or Send to Tally
Two separate actions. Do either, both, or neither, in any order.

| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add to trial balance | Approves the row in AutoBooks so it counts in the AutoBooks trial balance. It does not send anything to Tally. |
| Send to Tally | Queues the row as a Tally voucher. It works on pending or approved rows, as long as a ledger is mapped. |
| Reject | The row never posts anywhere. No reason is needed. |
Many teams send to Tally straight from Review and use the AutoBooks trial balance as a check. Others approve first and send at month end. Both work.
