Create a suggested ledger

When no ledger fits, AutoBooks suggests a new one. Create it under any group, or dismiss it.

1On a row with a suggested ledger, choose Create.
2Check the name and type: expense, income, asset, liability, or equity.
3Pick the group in the chart-of-accounts tree, or create a new group or subgroup.
4Save.

Every other pending row that suggested the same name is assigned to the new ledger too.

If the client is connected to Tally, the new ledger is queued for Tally as well. If a ledger with the same name already exists, AutoBooks reuses it instead of creating a duplicate.
