Save a keyword rule
Tell AutoBooks once that a word means a ledger. Current and future rows follow the rule.

- 1In Review, choose Add rule in the toolbar, or open a row's ledger cell and choose Save as keyword rule.
- 2Enter the keyword, for example Bolt.
- 3Choose where to match it: Description or Vendor name.
- 4Pick the ledger.
- 5Save. Matching rows that are still pending update straight away, and future uploads use the rule.
