AutoBooks flags missing ledgers, possible duplicate payments, bank fees, and unusual amounts.

| Alert | When it appears |
|---|---|
| Missing ledger | A pending row has no account yet. |
| Possible duplicate payment | Two rows share the same date, amount, and supplier. |
| Bank fee | The wording looks like a bank, service, ATM, or SMS fee. |
| Unusual amount | A figure is much larger than usual. |
Alerts show on the Dashboard and in the trial-balance workspace. Dismiss an alert once you have checked it.
